I was wondering if there was any way to become part of the staff or become o moderator on Kiwike
? I am trying to get work on a few servers and, being my favorite, I looked at Kiwike first, but didn't see any...

dude, the staff were all on 2.0, and you JUST joined.
plus, they already have a large staff.

People on the staff are those who have been on the server for a long time, known to be fair and friendly with everyone. And like spenboy said, the staff is large enough to take care of the current community. We usually post an announcement when we search for new staff members.

Sorry bro, but you have no clue how dedicated our moderators and veterans are to this server. I can't say I've ever even seen you on the forums.

I was on the server for over a year and an incredibly active member of the community before I became moderator, and that only happened when I stopped trying for the position. Trust me, it takes a ton of time and dedication, as well as community involvement.
Also, if you're working on other servers, that's a mark down for sure. This community can get rather... High maintenance, so you need to completely focus on Kiwike, at least from my experience.

If you actually want to join the staff, do the following:
Be with us for 1+ years.
Be friendly with the vast majority of the server.
Know a good deal about what you're applying for.
Stop typing like an idiot.
Dedicate a great deal of time to the server and your position.
Don't ask to be a mod unless Android/Yotta ask for applications.
Learn some Java, html, bbcode. Learn server administration/maintenance skills. Acquire community building skills, friendship with the community, and learn how to type properly.
