RP Server Moderator Application Form - geckosquid - 09-20-2012
Hello, fine people of Kiwike. As you may or may not already know, a hardcore RP server separate from Revamped is being created. With this new server will come a (mostly) new staff. That is where you come in. To help with lore, building, and overall moderation, I am looking for two capable game moderators to join me in this endeavor of rather epic proportions. If you think you have what it takes to moderate a hardcore RP server, then please fill out the application below and send your filled-out form to me via PM. Kiwike RP Server Moderator Application
Minecraft name:
This position requires that you put at least five hours a week into the server. How many hours on average would you be able to dedicate to the moderation of the server?
Another part of being a moderator is attending and contributing to the weekly staff meetings, which will occur at a to-be-determined time during the weekend. Would you be willing to commit to this? You also need a Skype account so that you can be in active, regular communication with the rest of the staff via text chat on a daily basis.
What kind of RP experience do you have? Examples of your writing skill are welcome to prove your mettle.
Text fighting is a large part of the server. Are you willing to practice as well as enforce this aspect of the server?
Your contribution to the server must include suggestions for the background lore of the server. This goes beyond just creation lore; we’re looking for people who want to aid in the crafting of the history of multiple societies. You will also need to play a large role in the virtual building of the map. Would you actively help with these incredibly involved and important aspects of the server?
The final, perhaps most important part of your job is that you must contribute actively to the community. Activity on the forums is a must, and playing an active role in the server’s RP is needed to keep the theme of the server alive and well. This also includes making tough decisions regarding the warning, kicking, and occasional banning of players who violate the rules. Are you willing to meet or exceed expectations in this area?
Congratulations on getting this far. Now, tell us why we should make you a moderator. It’s all right to repeat some points from previous questions, but try to answer in more than five sentences.

Yes. Please restrict comments to things like, "Oh! What a wondrous occasion! Gecko is finally running a portion of the server!" or "Golly gee, that Gecko is a pretty cool guy. Good thing he's working on the new RP server!" or even "Man, I'd love to work with Gecko on creating the best damn server ever! I think I'll apply!"

Wow! That Gecko kid is such a tool! I wold never want to be him, ever!
Nah, this is a good thing for Kiwike and I can see a nice bright and shiny future ahead of us. Hooray!
