:megusta: this, is awesome. But how about different crypts/libraries/tombs that hold info about different events/towns, they'll describe in an epic way how a town came to rise or how a war started.

I'll try to explain as much as i can, without revealing anything that would ruin future experience.
Seeing the 'lose' role play ties we had in kiwike 2.0 we now have several organizations, guilds, people etc with there own history and there own things.
Seeing we or at least i want to have a more firm grip on the story line, and this is not really compatible with the current one. we or at least i would like to give people a blank sheet.
What that means. current events in the kiwike spectrum, ranging from 1.0 to 2.0 and even the temp server if you included that will not be in the mind of your character, seeing he never existed. Now i do not have a problem if your character has the same name age etc then the one you used before. but it cannot have the memories, it can have the same events before he went to kiwike.
Only nothing of previous kiwike. can remain. No wars happend, no plagues, no nothing
It can remain OOC, left for discussion or inspiration source, but not as motive or active memory in your character
My decision on this is final, until someone could show me why people role-play could not establish the same relation with people they already had in kiwike, only not using the same events that happened before. Is the collection of events kiwike, for yourself and not for your character not enough? or do you have some sort ideal that you cannot let go of your current character memories?
Another reason to have "the great library of kiwike"! me and Squiggley1 were talking and we thought that there should be a series of hidden crypts with old lore. people could than use this lore from the standpoint of three generations later. It could lead to betrayels, old wars breaking out again, or possibly even the revival of old organizations. I certainly don't want Revamped to be a clone of 2.0, but i think that we should decide some things that we could bring over in an RP way into Revamped!!!
Another way we could bring over some RP things into Revamped is we could have like the "old stories" that our grandfathers/mothers told us. (if we do the whole generation time skip thing) They would have told stories about wars that raged or something. it would also be an opportunity to create things that happeneed in between 2.0 and Revamped. say a character wanted to add some lore to his kiwike experiences that would possibly change his alignment or something, they could say that their grandfather/mother told them a story about after the reckoning (in between 2.0 and revamped) they had other experiences.

You can, I suppose, but it would require you to not have any sort of relationship with others going in, and you'll need to forge new ones. Therefore, I discourage your existance under the same title.

Its the fact that we're trashing EVERYTHING. That means that if a player I don't fucking trust at all wants to become part of my town and I don't want him in because of past grudges, its contradicting the entire rule of revamped! Its far, FAR, too broad!
