Conclusion People that did something wrong in the rulebook will stay banned.

That said, Ian and co have a better chance on being unbanned for the 2.0ish server, but not so much the RP server, which is fine considering they would likely prefer the other one anyways.

The ban list for the RP server is completely fresh, droiderz. However, if someone was banned for lack of RP, it isn't likely that their application will be up to par.

You were constantly stealing everything we had (we, meaning the late town of Dova, and maybe a few others), which did not make for a good experience.
I know you said to me that is was because your character was a theif, but it got boring being killed and raided on a daily basis. You would barely even talk, just shot and sliced and burned with out warning.

Gira never mentioned that part, just said he was a thief and shot me with his enchanted bow. Didn't give me a chance to make any sort of peace, which is what my rp character would do.

Your town - Under VD influence - Conflict with VD - Permission for destruction = Correct RP , Plus in the end when I got involved with your town ASDF went back on his peace treaty and attacked me outright , resulting in the attacks of your town.
