Like Leech said, there's no need to if we have a plugin that prevents it. It's just cluttering the rules.

Well, I can accept that. It prevent it altogether.
But for other rules, like this should be implemented. You can't just rely on a rule that is as vague as that.

We don't have the plugin yet, though. And as Cell said, it's good to be that specific across the board. The server just started, so you can't be expected to have incredibly detailed rules yet, but you should make sure to implement that along the way.

This was before when Android told me it wont be up for a while because the other helpers didn't show up.
