You would have to make it so all items that are disabled that are not sold by said shop. Not that a certain few items are not allowed. What if the shops could be "tested" with a lockpick. If the shop has items that don't match the sign then they give those items to the picker, if they dont than the lockpick doesn't break or anything it's just a way to enforce the rules within an RP environment. I don't plan on doing it myself though, since one can only maintain a limited amount of plugins.
