I killed them with a full diamond armor and a zanite sword. When you kill 10 of the valkyries you bring the golden stuff what they drop to the boss and fight it. You will need a Dart Shooter for it beacuse you dont want to come close to the boss and it teleports so watch out!
I needed new pans when I first woke the Bronze Dungeon boss XD
