There has been a recent attempted raid, attempted water grief (with proof if needed), and an unruly betrayal in the form of assaulting, and killing of the mayor, and assistant of the town.
We ask for either the extradition of reaction16 to be punished and sentenced in our courtrooms lawfully, a payment of a minimum of 50 gold, or the removal of reaction16 from the town Olympia.
If none of conditions are met, I, assistant, Crashlander04, and the mayor of Halren, Skote11 will declare this alliance null and void.
I await a reply, and do not wish this to end badly.

Due to multiple additional offences by members of your town and the imposing threats of war towards Olympia by other towns, Halren is changing the conditions of prolonging and strengthening the alliance.
In order to continue this alliance we demand either 100g or the removal of th3niiinja, and reaction16 from Olympia and the halting of raids on our town, Tullius, and any other allies of Halren.
These are are final conditions and there will be no negotiation. Unless these terms are met within due time, Olympia can not depend on Halren for any support whatsoever, and may very well be looking at a new enemy.
