He added new questions to the verification.
You create an account by answering a totally unrelated question that requires someone to have a concious mind, or a bot to have that question in their repository.
However, the creator of the bots eventually puts this into their database. And that's when the flooding begins.
Yotta, our all benevolent overlord, fixes this by adding new questions.
