I don't wanna reveal anything about the cooling system, cause I might write some Lore about it. But yeah, I didn't see how arrow dispensers can do any damage.

Technic pack includes various systems, one of which (I eblieve is from IndustrialCraft) is nuclear reactors, which require cooling or they'll explode.
