RE: Ban Appeal Asdfasdflkjty911 - Spammuff - 04-10-2012 'Kills on Sight (KOS) are only allowed if you've been asked to assassinate a player by someone else. You do not walk up to someone you have never met before and slay them. You are also allowed to KOS players from an enemy nation.' Straight from the rule book. RE: Ban Appeal Asdfasdflkjty911 - asdfasdflkjty911 - 04-10-2012 For one, yeah, Conor did, he payed in sand. I needed a lot. (traded it from him). And no, what happened, was I killed him, then afterwards I was trying to pick up the best items (Had a relatively full inventory) and then he came back so I tried to hide, but he found me so I had to kill him, after that I tried to get out as fast as I could, so then I got out and continued on my way to Bowsers nation (the original place I was heading to, I saw jnkw in this town and stalked him then went in after him a while later). I went to there and died. Exactly. I was told to kill him, assassinate him, by the bounty. Thanks for making this already resolved issue an issue. RE: Ban Appeal Asdfasdflkjty911 - asdfasdflkjty911 - 04-10-2012 I've given my points, you think they are false so I'm being banned? I know it might be hard, but I have been trying to RP. My god. RE: Ban Appeal Asdfasdflkjty911 - yottabyte - 04-10-2012 I would like to add that your KOS board is very much against rule 7, since the normal player wouldn't know who someone is because of their name plate. A proper bounty would have a description of the character, reasoning as to why they're wanted and preferably their RP name too. Just seeing "yottabyte" on a town sign and killing me on sight even though you've never met me before would be breaking the rules. However, seeing "A rusty old robot wanted for doing business with the enemy nation that goes under the name Yotta Byte", anyone would be able to know who I am if you they see me on the street. RE: Ban Appeal Asdfasdflkjty911 - asdfasdflkjty911 - 04-10-2012 Conor said he saw him, he put the sign up, ask conor please for proof. And what did he say? Maybe I can explain that too. Ooh, ok, see I know now that that wasnt allowed, but on the RP level of the actual murder, it was still ok, I'm sorry, I did not know, and I did not make that board, I will take it down once I get back on... If I do... Most of these reasons I have been banned though have either since passed, been proven RP, or the little things, not really THAT big of a deal, while yeah, they wont happen again, we just didnt know, they still wernt that big on a ban label, I guess... Idk.. RE: Ban Appeal Asdfasdflkjty911 - asdfasdflkjty911 - 04-10-2012 Guys, seriously, I have made my appeal and made my points, atleast to what I know. Jnkw's killing and what? Reports of others? I raided bowser, already have a reasoning for that, and I can explain it again. Jnkw's Ive explained that too, done it twice now, why take action now to something that is two days old and already been cleared with a mod? Anything else? I really want to get this over with, I've learned my lesson about the nametag thing now, and I know I'm not the only one who has used those either. RE: Ban Appeal Asdfasdflkjty911 - conor1121 - 04-10-2012 Here is my story. Jnkw was spotted at our town. It wasn't him as we later discovered. I saw a smaller tag(could've been distance). I was alone at our town at the time. So I hired Asdf to kill him. Asdf saw my sign(which has been taken down after Jnk's death)and took my offer. He told me he found him in the wild while we we're talking on Skype, and then he killed him. This resulted in some rage, and multiple mis-communications. This problem was already resolved by Saera at an earlier point, and therefore should not be brought upon him now. |
