First of all In come back i would like to say , The majority of the sun-beards are with us. Ian and Skote , Secondly SirSuba and Spammuf were on - Whom I messaged. And last I would just like to say , How. You can't ban me for Raiding as long as it's within RP context. Which it clearly was , And no. If you must know I haven't taken away everything. Didn't you see the forum post? I was clearly raided myself. Even though that's not the point I think it's obviously evident that Im RP'ing as a war like Barbarian type of character. Rather than all of you complaining just because I effect people by killing them and looting them maybe you to yourself should RP your way out of this? Has anyone ever contacted my town. No. All they do is complain on the forums! But if you would like to know soon enough I will be putting all my time into building. I guess I can't now.

Solitude will take a more peaceful approach to RP and will settle down on the raids. We will all work hard now to assure everything we do is RP and there will be nothing like this again.

It would be nice though if the mods would communicate with us on things like this.

One moment we are raiding, the next we have a restriction. If you guys were to talk to us and tell us you wanted a more peaceful approach to things, we could work it out. But instead you guys go and do things out of the blue.

If we could please just have a group discussion of some kind to sort things out, that would be great.

Nick

Contrary to most people's perspective, they do have RP reason that even I will admit to.

People being upset OOC for RP actions is one thing, but banning him for such is ludicrous.

I completely understand where you guys are coming from, and I mostly agree with you. As a moderator, though, it is my job to enforce this rule. And a discussion between the restricted players and the staff is a good idea.

And crash, of course bowser attacked him. What else could he do?

I agree with this.

Instead of people making RP solutions to the raiding, they simply complain.

If people were to fight back, we wouldn't be in this situation.

It is against their characters' values to fight back on an equal scale. They don't want a war, and yet they are still attacked.

The rule itself was rather ridiculous, but does giratina's mere presence count as a raid now? I don't believe he actually killed anybody before he was attacked, so bowser was relatively out of the way of harm.

If bowser was truly aware of the restrictions, he would have simply asked about what he was doing there OOC, instead of trying to provoke him further.

It's an awkward situation based around an awkward rule - I know for a fact we can come up with a better solution than this.

The same characters who raided back? I understand there is a place for RP background as support for an argument, but there are prime examples in the last few weeks that utterly undermine that argument.

Of course he can ban you. Break the rules = Ban

What an insightful response.

Although I have left Solitude and them, and I'm not on friendly terms with them either. The one thing that annoys me the most is like Third Eye's post above mine.
Excuse my language, but stop the bitching and moaning on every thread that Gira posts. The stupid things like "He got what was coming", etc, is ridiculous. This situation is a matter to be dealt with maturely, not with stupid comments like that.

On the matter of the thread, I feel as though what Nlewis said will be very helpful in this, and further situations involving them. It will hopefully bring the staff, and the SC eye to eye, and to come across a resolution for the server that incorporates both of the sides.
