That sounds like a good idea. But yotta, it may have flaws, but those can be fixed with a cooldown right? Itd be good for my friends and I who live in Hawai'i. A couple hours after a restart we slip into a constant 3 second eelay, plus a lot of spikes.

The only lag I get is in the nether, and it is not connection lag, it must be some plugin messing it up.

The nether lag is client sided, most likely because they never optimized it to work with the new Anvil map format.
