RE: -The Nether- - Cell - 05-15-2012

((Silly Partyars))

RE: -The Nether- - yottabyte - 05-15-2012

((Woo Mindcrack

I really like the idea of building a subway system in the nether with one central hub and then portals near the major neutral locations such as strongholds and the Inn. If future nations would like to connect their rail systems to it, that would be cool too. This thread feels kinda in the wrong forum since there's so much OOC discussions going on. Just sayin))

RE: -The Nether- - Cell - 05-15-2012

((I intended for it to be letters back in forth, seeing as mine was a letter Tongue. It just kind of turned into this, i can't really send a letter in response to someone else's (('s. Everyone, send me letters now!))

RE: -The Nether- - Cell - 05-15-2012

((Well, I suppose the majority want it, including Yottabyte. So it shall be done. Starting soon, I will begin the building.))

Let's take this into account here, before Yotta makes a plugin.(which seems very unlikely) A mine cart travels 8 blocks every second, so in the nether if one was on a mine cart, he/she would be traveling at 64 blocks every second in the real minecraft world. This means you can travel anywhere in the world of Kiwike, in less than 3 minutes.(without traffic, stop overs, etc.) This is where the limit is 5000 blocks in any given direction, which I believe the map is only extended to 4000, correct Yotta? If it was 8000 blocks, then a regular minecart would allow a player to go across the map in just 4 minutes! Honestly, I don't see the reason to have a hub Cell, as you can already travel across the map in just a couple of minutes time. A little bit of hard work, and we could be there someday. If you can see it, you can achieve it!

((Or we could build a hub in the Nether and not waste iron EWBTE ))

RE: -The Nether- - Crashlander04 - 05-16-2012

The hub could use minecart tracks? le durr

Azn Yah thats what I thought this was, a big nether railroad station, each city/location getting connected would be responsible for their own rails.
