((In case you didn't know, telling you the name of the "nation" cannot be stated at this moment because that would be metagaming, no? How are we going to know you didn't know the name of the nation and if it's said in OOC then you still can't wage war on a nation you don't know the name of in RP, it just isn't logical. "Lets wage war on... um... whats that nation again?" Seems like a good thing to tell citizens
