You know those annoying people who like to leave their stuff behind? There's them. Also, for direct bills, we need a billing address. Also, we need to know that you have a valid card. If the address on your reservation is not the same one that the card recognizes as your address, we would be altered. Even if you paid with cash, it's still hotel policy. And I'm not talking over the forums - I'm talking by calling a reservationist, or even by calling the hotel specifically. You would need to do that anyways. Heck, if you'd like, you can call the hotel and I can let someone else at the front desk get your information, if it makes you feel any better.

Depends on the room type. If you get a QUEN, KING, or QNQN room, then no. If you get an EKNG, SPAK, or ESPA room, then yes - and they have microwaves. There is a fridge and freezer available at the desk for guests to use. All rooms have a coffe maker and TV (flatscreen 36'' I think). If you were to stay at the Springhill Suites just two buildings to the right of us, there are fridges and microwaves in just about every room, for only about $10-$20 more.
