if you could suba please give me a list of all the vikings who may be intersted in joining the town and again any non-vikings are free to apply with suba because i don't beleive leech is going to be on the server

Ummm just expect people. I mean, we will only have mostly the heads of state living in the main city, some top merchants and such. Apartments will be rentable.
