You extract the map files into a folder and drop that into the 'saves' folder in C:\[insert your username]\AppData\.minecraft.

Okay, download the zip file. Then open go to C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves
Open the zip file, and drag the folder into the saves folder. There you have it!
