I would like to join i am a member of Cornerstone for now but this weekend I will leave. Do i have to tell NLewis or Powl that i leaving town? And "First to apply will get one of the 5 plots on the top of the fortress." Am in the first 5?

You need to get the permission from them to switch towns as I am not allowed to invite citizens from other Cornerstone towns without the acceptance of NLewis or Pwolbart. Once you get that you are most welcome to our town - just PM me in advance when you will be in game so that I can invite you.
There is one spot still free, so I will keep that reserved for you until weekend
