As far as I'm concerned Nosaka is not takin part in this. If residents want protection they can Pay for it, But Black Sun, or Pavja whichever you prefer, I like a challenge.

As mayor of Watershroud, and also as a former member who was asked if they stole a stack of diamonds from a chest I don't even know exists, I utterly ban current members of the guild from even setting foot in my town. If we know you, we will kill you on sight. This means that any residents of my town, or future residents, must not give the location of the town or accept any "insurance" offers.
