Griefing? Not so much.
The Nether will look quite ugly if everyone goes around griefing everything.
But I'm up for moderated griefing. For example; griefing of structures without any real value is allowed, but griefing of railroads and such are not.
No, this does not mean you cannot cause harm to the people who built it, a cart is destroyed from one arrow so it's easy to hijack.
