Yeah the hardest thing about getting a guild put together is the way minecraft works is no inherently conducive to such things. there are few incentives for people to join a guild if they feel that they can do just as well killing people by themselves and even less to get people to pay mercenaries. The same was true for the Knights, while I was able to work out a few insurance contracts, most prominently the town of Bludwick these were the exception and not the rule. People you should help fund the mercenaries guild / hire them for blameless wars. Think of it this way, you can pay people to murder/attack towns that you are not officially at war with and get no blame for the attacks. It's a good deal.

thank you for that pavja. I actually want to get at least one member in each nation so as to make it so that you can't blame one nation or town. You can tell the mercenary guild that you are going to be rivals and enemies but since we aren't a town or nation you cannot directly attack us. It also makes it so that when using us to attack a town you aren't attacking yourself thus making it so that you are not directly responsible. meaning that if a person in a nation hires us it's not the nation or that person attacking it's us. Meaning everyone is invincible to any form of revenge.
