Personally, I don't think this should be allowed. But if he does indeed use this mod and the rules does not say that he should not be able to use it, then he deserves an unban.

Mods like that are not allowed. (The full bright)
They allow people an unfair advantage in pvp.
even against creepers, seeing they could also light up the surroundings and the mobs
If you do suspect me i'll prove to you i dont.
I'll post a guide on how i did edit the picture somewere tommorow or the day after. Seeing i'm going on a small vacation for 2 days.
