Well, the third version of the 1.9 pre-release is out, and it is jam-packed with awesome features. The system where you spend levels earned on enchanting items is brilliant. I do think that it's a bit too difficult to make potions, though.

Yep, use the eyes of ender on the broken portals in strongholds to make a portal to The Ender. There you can find Endermen and Enderdragons. Crazy stuff.
