We should require non-donors to vote once a day to log on. If they are playing on Kiwike they probably like it.

Pavja: No. That's just... no. Not only is that just a terrible idea, but sometimes people are kind of busy.
As for the actual topic, I think it's because everybody has noticed that there's no reason to have gold until the reset.

At school, I'm not even able to vote. It says "Illegitimate vote detected." I can't imagine the horrors for those who get that all the time. They'd be restricted from playing.
