Well really the main point we all need to gather here is that You, and Pavja have the exact same IP and you claim to not know him but you have only ever been on at that same single location with the same IP.

I don't know how that is possible. I even use a VPN to keep my IP secure so no one should have it right?

From mine and some other staffs understanding a IP is allocated to a router, this meaning if you was to log on at the same location it would be from the same house or building

I use a VPN though so it should make my IP different than my router's - at least that's what it is advertised as doing.

Would using the same VPN give the same IP address? Perhaps Pavja also used Hotspot Shield?

I just know that when I try to visit sites like 4chan on my VPN I have to turn it off because my ip is blocked...perhaps the same thing is happening here
