Requiring spout is not possible. Spoutcraft causes me tons of lag and would prevent me from fully enjoying the server, this applies to other players with crappy computers. Also how are you going to know if a player is using spout? Add a new plugin that checks for spout users by making their client send a packet saying "hey, I use spoutcraft!!"? I had the idea for a custom kiwike minecraft launcher and jar for a while, I also considered making them myself.
Unbanning players?!?!?!?!?! No. Lets take Pavja for example, he xrayed. Made alt accounts so he could play here again. He used xray on those accounts too. Who is to say that he won't do it again? Same with the recently banned players. If given a second chance, would they go straight or continue doing what they did to get banned in the first place?
As for the Admins/Mods, they are fine for the most part. Only admins can permaban if I'm not mistaken. So they separation of power is pretty good. I've never had problems with professionalism. They do a good job.
Going back to 2.0 style gameplay. This is a pretty good idea, but not really. Do you really want random killing everywhere? I mean 2.0 was a blast but I was aggravated a lot. However, there weren't constant raids and you could build towns that were pretty decent. The PvP was organized but still, random killings. I had a problem where Asdf hid in my house and waited for me to spawn so he could kill me. I didn't do anything to provoke him to do that. Here you need RP reasons.
Revamped has been mostly perfected so far, it just doesn't have that... that... "feel" to it. It's hard to describe.

mods can perma i think and i don't immediately say "HES ONLY SAYING THAT CUZ HES A SOLITUDE" i think some permabanned players deserve a second chance, people that have not seriously(being a relative term) been detrimental to the server
