But the most time in New Vegas you need to steal or buy a good item. In Fallout 3 the best items were in hidden locations, and so every location had it meaning and a quest. You loved the gun what you were useing because it was unique, yes you can improve the gun in NV but its not the same and most of the time you can not even find or buy some cool upgrades.
The only good "gun" I found was by the crashed vertibird : http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Tesla-Beaton_prototype
But it was nothing like the : Experimental_MIRV
In Fallout NV I used Van_Graff_plasma_rifle
But it was nothing like Rock-It_launcher
or teh best gun evaaa Lincolns repeater
In Fallout 3 was so much more stuff , quests and interesthing places .

They fucked up Oblivion and NV, both are continuations on previous games that are epic and should be written down somewhere in a hall of fame.
So my expectations of Skyrim aren't that great.
