A ticket system seems like a good idea. That'll stop a ton of QQing.

Meh, Based it off of my experience with WoW private servers, hosting them that is.
Best way to get mods to fix problems was the ticketing system the program i was using to host it had implemented, submit a ticket, get a reply in a few hours with either "Problem has been fixed", "We will look into it", and the occasional "Not against the rules". Meh, helped a lot, haven't seen one on any Minecraft servers yet though.

Great Suggestion Bowser, but Yotta, maybe we could add more than 1 of these suggestions. I know you mentioned the ticket system (Also another great idea), but there are so many great ideas showing up.

Ticket system is when you leave a message for a mod.
For example: No mod is online, someone griefed your house, you leave a ticket so that when a mod comes online he will see it in the message box and come check it out.
QQing is short for crying. Comes from Warcraft 3 where alt+q+q quit the game.
