I don't see why letters should constitute the removal of ooc, letters are for contacting offline people or for anonymity not for regular back and forth conversation. :/

I agree, letters are RP, OOC is Out Of Character. You'd be blurring the lines of RP and Non-RP if you did that

The reason we want to remove OOC is that that was the only thing people did in 2.0. There was practically no roleplay. Everyone just used the ooc chat out of convenience.
