If need, The Watchers can wait to build until the city is complete. Meaning that everything is complete except the courthouse, so after it is built you can do whatever you want to do with Nosaka. I respect your privacy and we will be patient about it.

When is the location of the town being released?
I can answer that for you. The town location will be released when construction of Nosaka is complete. We are hoping construction will end within the next week or 2. Depending on Spam's, Granite's, Cell's, and my decision about the courthouse it maybe be released earlier or later.

Matam1 myself and Riskae (who has not yet been accepted to whitelist) will be starting the town of Azureglade very soon and hope to join the nation.

At this point in time right now I know that you will be joining the nation. I'm not sure what Granite has planned for you but you'll have to talk to him about the city and such. Remember you need at least 3 people to make the city.
