Blizzard is trying to make money as much as they can with their tax on the Auction House real money as well as limiting it to Online only and their silly DRM. But that point is irrelevant, because it is still a fantastic game, a fantastic company, and while I wish they had quality like WC3, I still end up getting all of their games and they are one of my favorite companies simply because they care about their fans.
And yes, all businesses want to make money. Else they wouldn't be a business.

Played through the starter edition in a few hours with all classes, gameplay wise it's really fun to play. I'm getting it today probably. For the sake of splitting unicorns in half with arcane lasers.
