Naw, I'm not going to be your team captain, I don't have a mic to communicate and I wouldnt be right for the job because I still have no idea how to get to all the wool. So I'm not the right man for the job.

Webcam microphone + speaking english very badly = Not able to be team captain.
Either Cell or Asdf.
EDIT: It's not that important, everyone just needs to fulfill their role. A team captain who just gives orders isnt much of a use.
