It's impossible to do so without the modder API, which isn't released yet.
And they already said that it's being released today, god, have some patience!

The ship can't be bigger than 7x13. It will be permanently located in Mavenholm. I will cut and paste it there once you're done.

Go to tristo's ship docks if you want a ship yotta. You can pick out the one you like there. It's near Chaybdis_gulf Take the portal there.
