Nope, A new character means a entirely new start that does not mean you can find a loop hole and put a RP explanation around it, New character means New bank acc, new items and pretty much a entirly new start.

.Metagaming is basically a Loop in the system though, and all though that is true, a loop means it is still within the rules is it not? So therefore, by blocking Metagaming, you are blocking anything within the rules.
