3/10 Metal all sounds the same. Literally, no variety at all, just the same chords over and over with a solo somewhere in there and some lyrics about life or death.

Seriously, electronic music has much more of a variety than metal. So much variety there is over 20 subgenres. (This is Trance btw)

That variety exists because electronic music is not a genre.
Dub, Disco or Techno are genres.
No electronic music genre has more subgenres than the 28 subgenres Metal has, by the way.
