There seems to be no rules on this, so im leaving this up to yotta, android has done this twice, and i do believe it is cheating, even with no rules, yotta please make some rules

Its not cheating, any nation leader can do this. If you had your own nation and you wanted to do that to a nomadic town you could do the same thing.

Well we did get permission to do it last time, so we had Yotta's consent. Do you not remember that?

NLewis did this to Hammerfall way back when. I feel like I'm repeating myself from the last time you complained.
Yadda yadda, part of towny.
Other than that, we'll definitely look into alternative ways to either fix, or keep this bug.
