Why do you deserve a second chance?: 5.4 The theft of any and all valuable metals used as decor is fully legal
If you don't want your valuable materials stolen, don't use them out in the open as decoration. If you're not sure what is considered as valuable, contact a Moderator.

he's right :/ glowstone is pretty much an ore block, it's created from other items gained from mining.

Glowstone is not on the list of objects you can destroy and steal.
