But isn't number 3 a given during peace treaties? Otherwise it would just be a "give us stuff" treaty.

I will not remove the underlined portions. The Mutual Defence Pact was made before this peace proposal, and I will not abandon my allies if you continue this slaughter.
I also ask for a 24 hour ceasefire.
