Once upon a time a few magical shape-shifting elves came upon a forest.
They built a town, transformed into animals, and looked quite dapper while doing it.
Thus is the history of Halren.

((Very to-the-point; I like it. You may want to add in where these elves came from, however, and how they got these powers in the first place. Also, what was their purpose in coming here?))

((Agreed with Gecko. This is very to the point of what Harlren is. It could be improved to include a backstory of some kind, or where they came from, etc. But as of now you have the base of it all worked it, which is good. On a side not, every time I hear someone talk about elves and them transforming into animals, I think of the Eragon series.))
