If you want that much RAM, try and find the same thing, but 2x4 instead of 4x4. It puts less stress on the computer.
And you're gonna get a lot of stress with that much RAM.

Your better of taking 2x a set of 8 gig ram.
In my opinon anyway but i'm not that of a computer builder.
