Introduction -
Intentus was planned a few months ago, a little bit after the release of Kiwike 2.0. We had about four to five people working to build what is now Nosaka, the Capital of Intentus.
During our construction, and fairly early into it, I had some real life problems and had to quit Kiwike for a few months.
Now that I have returned, me and one of the original citizens of the town when it was under construction, have brought Intentus to life. With the help of our friends and pals.

The House of Advisors -
Background: The House of Advisors is a house among the nation that will have 1-2 citizens from each town in it to help make decisions that among the nation.
The House of Advisors will help make decisions that can drastically change the Nation. Their must be a majority vote among the members of the House, and the Leader and Co-leaders must all approve, if just one does not, they decision will be taken as a No at that point, and may be proposed to the House again after some time.
The official meeting place of the house will be in Nosaka, as soon as the location is built, the house will be put into play to help make decisions.
As to what and who decides the Advisors from each town, that would be the current reigning mayor of the town. They must choose their adviser, or advisers to represent that town. Then the one or two selected must then be approved by the Leader and Co-leaders.

(This is a WIP, and will most likely be added on Tomorrow after I speak to Geckosquid and Spammuff, and as-well as the rest of the citizens about what has been put up here. Also, a thanks to Android, as this is his basic design for his post on Helvanthar http://kiwike.se/forum/showthread.php?tid=336. Ours was edited just a little bit to inquire other things, and remove some things that I felt where not necessary.)
