Decleration of Peace : Cicatrix - Cell - 10-09-2011
Terms of Peace:
- No attacking from either sides.
- In event of attack on ally Nation / town, The other will not help unless needed.
- If possible, try to stay away from the other town / nation, to prevent any mishaps.
- If any problems happens with the other's members, the mayor, or king, will come to the other to discuss what shall be done.
If anything else comes to mind, it will be added to this list.
It has been found in my best interest's, and the nation's, to dismiss Cicatrix from our ranks.

Cell, I think we should accelerate rather than decelerate. We could leave tire marks on the road that is politics.
