I don't want to encourage this kind of cheating, but:
You can. Minestatus probably tracks your IP.
A simple proxy should fix that. Many of my friends do that.
Some servers even encourage proxy-voting.

it's the number assigned to your computer, each one has their own. A proxy will let you access websites with a different IP.
