Reason you got banned: 'Fly Hacks'
Why do you deserve a second chance?:
1. I wasn't flying , possibly lag. As im in a cabin sharing the same crappy connection, with my cousin out in the middle OF NOWHERE because im on vacation . I can show you it on Google maps if you would like. According to what i've heard from Little, Android said I was flying up to the top of an outpost out of cicatrix ( our outpost ). But on my screen I was falling through the earth because my connection is literally 1 bar right now and whenever i spawn into cica i fall down about 400 blocks into this pit before the chunk spawns and I come back up.
2. I dont have hacks. You can ask anyone, im not a good fighter, im not rich. If i were hacking wouldnt i have been in one of those 2 categories?
3. You can check my minecraft folder or whatever to see i have nothing in there for 'hacks' or 'mods' .
This is my first time being banned, hope this gets resolved

You flew from flat on the ground in the middle of the Cicatrix walls to the top of the outpost you guys have built.
It was funny because I saw this in the corner of my eyes whilst speaking with Little.
You flew very precisely, and continued to walk around whence on the tower, as if trying to get in.
I'm disappointment seeing as how well known Little was. I'd of thought he would have kept you in better check to stay together.
You will remain banned.

Other cases as in 'Clandestine123' have been bans for 5 days,
This is my first ban, I've never been under suspicion, and i'm a diamond donor.
I don't think this should permanent.
I'll accept the ban as I realize on this server that arguing gets nowhere, but if I'm going to do that at least don't have it permanent.

Not sure why Scuba made it 5 days. As far as I've known, this kind of hacking is strictly illegal and a cause for permaban.
I suppose knowing that it would only lead to a five day ban would have others use fly hacks as well? Until they get caught at least.
