An arty question - Crazylol5 - 10-30-2011

Alright, I'll get to the point. I'm currently designing concept art for a certain thing, but my old art program can't handle it anymore. So, I was wondering, do you guys know any good image editing programs, either pixel editing or shape-based, if so, which? I might just post some of the concept art here if I get a good program Tongue

I need a good interface, some good sketch tools and lots and lots of shape tools because I have the least steady hand in the universe. I would buy photoshop and use the brush for sketching but I don't have the money for photoshop.

EDIT: Also, lots of shade/fade effect tools.
