An arty question - Crazylol5 - 10-30-2011 Alright, I'll get to the point. I'm currently designing concept art for a certain thing, but my old art program can't handle it anymore. So, I was wondering, do you guys know any good image editing programs, either pixel editing or shape-based, if so, which? I might just post some of the concept art here if I get a good program ![]() I need a good interface, some good sketch tools and lots and lots of shape tools because I have the least steady hand in the universe. I would buy photoshop and use the brush for sketching but I don't have the money for photoshop. EDIT: Also, lots of shade/fade effect tools. RE: An arty question - andy66252 - 10-30-2011 i use paint.net it has decent shape tools and a lot of cool effects and shading RE: An arty question - squiggley1 - 10-30-2011 MSpaint ![]() RE: An arty question - partyars - 10-31-2011 I mostly use gimp or flash RE: An arty question - guthriearmstrong - 10-31-2011 I use Minecraft pixel art ![]() RE: An arty question - Cell - 10-31-2011 ![]() RE: An arty question - asdfasdflkjty911 - 10-31-2011 Photoshop torrent. ![]() RE: An arty question - guthriearmstrong - 11-01-2011 (10-31-2011, 04:29)Cell Wrote: ![]() RE: An arty question - Spammuff - 11-01-2011 Photoshop, Or CorelDraw Or maybe even Painshop Pro I had to write about these in my assignment, They all looked kinda good :3 RE: An arty question - geckosquid - 11-04-2011 Oh yes, I hear Painshop Pro is quite good.
