Alright, here it is.
I want my computer to be able to play most of the new games for a year or two.
I'll probably be able to upgrade a little every Christmas if necessary.
I don't want the price to exceed 10000 Swedish kr/ 1489 USD.
Any suggestions?

Once again. 12GB RAM is highly overkill. You only need 4, but 8 to be certain for the future.

I'd go with an AMD build, they're more power for less money. Adding the komplett.se links too (LOL YUS I AM TOTALLY SPONSORED BY THEM LOOLOL)

You might want to buy a CD/DVD drive thingy if you don't have one around. If you want to be cheap, grab it from your old computer.
If it's a bit too expensive, you could downgrade the GPU to like a Radeon HD 6870 and save like 900 kr on that.

My dad is quite old-school and prefer to buy everything in a physical store.

Aaand everything comes down to an approximate total of 8846kr, included shipping cost on some, but not all because I couldn't find it.
