Goodbye, Vacuum Cleaner! - guthriearmstrong - 12-01-2011
I finally finished the computer I've been working on for about a month
After a lot of time, my friend undid a little misplaced plug, and everything runs perfectly now! My monitor arrives in two days, so then I'll install Ubuntu and Windows, and I'll be running Minecraft with 16GB 
Also, the fan is the quietest thing I've ever (barely) heard. If that makes sense. So, goodbye vacuum cleaner on Teamspeak! I wont be spamming noises with my fan anymore.
And yes, I have a reason to have 16GB. No, I wont tell you why. Only Squiggley1 and Thornax know why.

There are only two reasons to have an unreasonable amount of RAM, and that is to A: Render graphics. Or B: Host a server.
And I'm going to go for option A.

Linux and 16 GB of RAM. Sounds kind of obvious
And also, I'm getting 16 GB for Christmas. No reason, it was just cheap.

Who said he was going to make a public server? Maybe he was just going to make a server för his friends. And it's hard to fail badly with that.
