Installing mods to spoutcraft - asdfasdflkjty911 - 12-03-2011 So I recently got Spoutcraft to work, it seems great from what I can tell, more options and such. But I cant get any of my old mods to work, Rei's minimap mod and too many items. How do you use mods with Spoutcraft? RE: Spoutcraft - yottabyte - 12-03-2011 You don't. That's what is great about it, no one can install illegal mods. They are working on an addon feature, so servers can add client plugins to your client when you log on. They've actually made a lot of progress recently so spout users might see something like this soon: http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/wip-spout-bminimap-a-minimap-addon-for-spout.46451/ RE: Installing mods to spoutcraft - Cell - 12-03-2011 Except server-side right? Not a client side Minimap? RE: Installing mods to spoutcraft - yottabyte - 12-03-2011 Um, it's kind of complicated. The addons are client sided, but they have to be downloaded from the server when you join it. |
