Browser plugins - yottabyte - 12-06-2011

Hey guys, let's share and recommend browser plugins.

Chrome extensions that I recommend
  • AdBlock - Remove ads from all websites, including youtube commercials (!) and video popups. Amazingly time saving and helpful
  • Google Mail Checker - Not sure if this is actually needed anymore, but it adds a little inbox icon next to the address bar, showing unread emails.
  • Reddit Enhancement Suite - Incredibly useful plugin that enhances the Reddit experience.
  • Turn off the lights - Make that page dark when you're watching a video in a dark room to make it easier on the eyes.
  • YouTube ratings preview - See the video ratings in related videos before actually clicking the video. Sometimes those videos are absolute shit.

It's all about Firefox' Firebug when you're bored and you'd like to alter your Nyan can score through the coding of the site.

AdBlock and iMacro are the only add-ons I use for my Firefox. Smiley

Youtube repeater? You know there is just an extension you add to a video.
Ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QH2-TGUlwu4
Ex. (With repeat) http://www.youtube.com/v/QH2-TGUlwu4&loop=1

Adblock Plus (adblocker)
Adblock Plus Hiding Helper (adon for Azn^ (you can use this to "snipe" sidebar ads or logos w/e any image even on websites you regularly visit.
Last Pass Logs you in to websites automatically and much more, never have to type username and password again! Laugh

I am aware, but with an addon I can do it with a click of a button, and with some I can even select a length of time in the video to repeat.
